What kind of workers are you looking for?

How can we create awareness, make changes, if we cannot benefit from new experiences and allow them to influence our thinking and our actions? 'You can change the world' means: sharing responsibility
for our world as it is. By acting together, through personal commitment, and by making responsible decisions."
Global Volunteers - reviving this as a programme would be nothing special.
For decades, young people have been able to gather experience worldwide as volunteers, have been able to contribute their commitment to projects. Often these "volunteers" have just come of age, have
just left school or are just about to enter the world of work. For these young people, special programmes already exist.
What is new about Managers without Borders is:
Managers without Borders are older – 30, 40, 50 and older.
Managers without Borders are taking time out from their jobs in order to be active.
They are people in the prime of their lives, in responsible positions. Through their volunteer work they experience, very closely, what the world is like – far away from 5-star hotels, glossy travel
brochures and the comfortable corner-office desks.
People from business life, executives and budding executives come into close contact with the other side of the coin we call globalisation. An important learning process that sharpens
awareness.
Managers without Borders practises the tenet of "give and take".
Managers without Borders roll up their sleeves, get down to work as volunteers with all their energy and all their skills in order to support and promote the development and the goals of their
particular project or community. And they take back with them a wealth of experience and lasting impressions. It is not necessarily technical competence that is decisive here. So it is not a
"specialist" who come to you as an advisor. Instead, what comes into play in dealing with the tasks at hand are the special gifts, heart, hands and common sense of the Managers without Borders.
Managers without Borders support your work, assist you and complement you in situations where practical help is needed. Here, the motto "You can change the world" is put into practice.
Each project, each community invites bids for its requirements – just as you would do for any other invitation for bids. Our professional mediation and advisory services ensure that the right bidders
and interested parties come together.
Now it is up to you to decide whether you wish to take advantage of our assistance.
